Do you charge travel fees for events in other locations?
Yes, we offer coverage for the North East with the ability to travel across major cities in the north east. Travel fees will be applied based on the specific locations and time requirements of the event, ensuring our services will be accessible wherever your event takes place.

How long are the videos/images?
Videos range from 10-20 seconds, this may be different for our confessional/video guest book experiences.

How much space is required and set up/break down process?
Our photo booths typically require an area of approximately 10 feet by 10 feet. However, depending on the type of booth, we can adjust the setup to fit your venue's space constraints. Our team will arrive at least one hour before the event to set up the photo booth. The setup time is included in the overall service. After the event, we'll promptly dismantle the booth, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free process.

Does the 360 video booth produce photos?
Our 360 video booth produces short 10-20 second videos with special effects such as boomerangs, slow-motion and AI effects.

How will my guests receive their images?
Guests have the option of receiving their videos instantly with Airdrop, SMS, QR code & a link will be provided to each client with all videos attached! We will also send a mini website and a zip file including all of the photos and videos from the event to our client.

Do you have liability insurance?
Yes, we prioritize the safety and satisfaction of our clients and your guests, which is why we maintain liability insurance for our photo booth services. Our insurance coverage is designed to provide protection incase of incidents or damages during events.
